Basement Plant Rooms, London
3D GPR scanning of two live basement plant rooms ahead of new works. We mapped a 400 mm multi-layer screed build-up, a 600 mm two-pour plant slab, a downstand ground beam and possible piles. Where the radar reached its limit, we said so and set out the cores needed to confirm it.
