A digital twin is an accurate, navigable 3D copy of a real building. Anyone with the link can walk through it, take measurements and see exactly what's there, without visiting site.

How it works

We capture buildings room by room with a Matterport Pro3 LiDAR scanner. The finished model can be explored as a virtual walkthrough or 3D dollhouse, and used to produce schematic floor plans.

Tagging findings in place

We pin defects, test locations, manholes and survey findings to their exact position in the model, with photos and notes attached, so everything sits where it was found.
