These terms govern your use of the ACUO SI Ltd website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About us ACUO SI Ltd, 34 Victoria Road, Dartmouth, Devon TQ6 9SA. Company No. 16999342. VAT No. 512187904. Contact: info@acuo.uk.

2. Our services We provide non-destructive structural investigation and reality-capture services, including ground-penetrating radar (GPR), non-destructive testing (NDT), utility surveys, structural monitoring and 3D digital-twin capture. All services are subject to a written quotation and, where applicable, a separate service agreement.

3. Quotations and fees Quotations are based on the information provided at the time and are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. Final fees may vary if site conditions, scope or access differ from those described. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

4. Bookings and cancellations Bookings are confirmed in writing. If you cancel or postpone within [48 hours] of a scheduled site visit, we may charge reasonable costs incurred. We will always try to accommodate rescheduling.

5. Site access and safety The client is responsible for providing safe, timely access to the site and for disclosing known hazards. We carry out our own risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and comply with relevant health and safety requirements.

6. Survey findings and limitations Our surveys are non-destructive and interpret subsurface and structural conditions using specialist equipment. While we apply recognized standards (including PAS 128) and professional care, findings are interpretive and cannot be guaranteed to detect every feature. Our reports should be used alongside, not as a replacement for, appropriate engineering judgement and, where necessary, intrusive verification.

7. Liability We carry Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual property Reports, data and 3D models we produce remain our intellectual property until fees are paid in full, after which a license to use the deliverables for the intended project is granted to the client. Website content remains the property of ACUO SI Ltd.

9. Payment Invoices for all new accounts are on a Proforma Basis or 50% upfront - Existing Clients Invoices are payable within [30] days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
